The Fearless Women's Songwriting Group was set up by Lea Ray and Alex Lucy at Plymouth Music Collective, a local initiative who focus on making rehearsing and recording music accessible within the Plymouth community. The songwriting group consisted of a series of workshops over the course of four weeks in which the participants worked collaboratively and alone to write their own songs. They will be performing their group song 'Our Song', tonight, and some of the participants (Phia Bushell and Nova Joye) will also be performing their songs individually.
